it into a product. Depending on the application,
we recommend the
type of material you should use. Depending on how well designed
your concept is, this stage of design is usually free to help you and
us understand your requirements. |

our CAD stage, we will take your rough design sketch and turn it into
CAD drawings. Upon your approval of the CAD drawings, we will
start CAMing to produce toolpath codes for our CNC machines.
Our
CAD and CAM rates are the most competitive on the market. We do
not use expensive CAD/CAM packages that cost $10,000 or more per seat.
If we did, we have to pass the cost of these software to you, the
client, and if you have no need for it... why pay for it?

is a small CNC machine shop perfect for prototyping and small runs.
We currently have a 3 axis and a 4 axis VMC that are well
maintained to keep tight tolerances as we believe producing the best
quality CNC machined parts is of the upmost importance to our clients.

your quantity grows, or you are ready for mass production in the
thousands, we can help you with outsource manufacturing in Asia.
We have partner CNC, plastic injection, die casting and other
plastic and metal working facilities. Our goal is to manage your
outsource manufacturing so you don't have to. Our office in Asia
will help with management so you don't have to worry about quality
control. |
